The renter accepts full responsibility for the rented unit and included accessories from release until return and inspection. The renter agrees to use the equipment carefully, lawfully, and only for its intended purpose.

Rental Agreement, Terms & Conditions
This agreement covers rental use, customer responsibility, security deposit handling, damage policy, late returns, privacy, and signature acknowledgment for Pixel Pocket BCD rentals.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required before the unit is released. The deposit amount depends on the rental unit, booking length, and renter history. The deposit is returned after the unit and accessories pass return inspection.
Damage, Loss, and Replacement Policy
The renter is responsible for paying any damage, loss, replacement, cleaning, missing accessory, or repair costs caused during the rental period. Water damage, impact damage, unauthorized repair, and missing parts are charged based on actual repair or replacement cost.
Late Return Policy
Units must be returned on or before the agreed return date and time. Late returns are charged according to the rental rate and the delay caused to the next booking.
Valid ID and Privacy Policy
Customers must submit a valid ID for reservation verification. Pixel Pocket BCD uses customer information only for rental processing, identity verification, release coordination, return tracking, and booking records.
Booking Status
Bookings move through Pending, Approved, Reserved, Released, Returned, or Cancelled based on admin review and equipment release or return status.
Signature Acknowledgment
By submitting a booking, the renter confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the Rental Agreement, Terms & Conditions, Damage Policy, and Privacy Policy.
