Terms and policy
Rental rules
Valid ID
A valid government or school ID is required before release. ID uploads are used for reservation screening.
Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required before the unit is released. The amount depends on the rental unit, booking length, and renter history.
Care
Renters are responsible for missing accessories, damage, loss, water damage, and late returns.
Rental agreement
The renter is responsible for paying any damage, loss, replacement, cleaning, or repair costs caused during the rental period.
Status flow
Bookings move through Pending, Approved, Reserved, Released, Returned, or Cancelled based on admin review.
